Directions

HOW TO PREPARE
1. In saucepan, combine sauce mix, 1 1/2 cups milk.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly.
3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4 minutes, whisking frequently.

Makes 1 1/4 cups sauce. Serve over 1/2 lb (250 g) cooked pasta. Makes 3 main dished or 6 side dish servings.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
1. In a 4 cup (1 L) microwaveable bowl, whisk sauce mix thoroughly into 1 1/4 cups milk.
2. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 4 minutes, whisking 3 times. Microwave on medium (50%) 3 minutes or until thickened, whisking twice.
