Directions

Preparation Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a 1-1/2 quart baking dish, stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups boiling (Use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance) water, 1/2 cup 2% milk, and 2 tablespoons butter. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until top is light golden brown and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands).
