Tylenol Regular Strength Tablets have an excellent safety profile when used as directed. This oral pain reliever can be used by adults and children 6 years of age and older. Whether it is headaches or muscle aches caused by back, joint, neck, or knee pain, that are disrupting your day, relieve that pain with a doctor recommended brand of pain reliever, Tylenol. Adults and children 12 years and over, take two acetaminophen tablets every four to six hours while symptoms last. Children 6-11 years, take one tablet every four to six hours while symptoms last. Do not take more than 10 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor
