Dearly beloveds, we?re gathered here today to celebrate the Mexican wedding cookie! We have many memories of cooking hundreds?hundreds!?Of these in the kitchen with our grandma before each of our siblings? weddings. Later, after embarking on our journey to health, these were one of the first sweets we recreated in a gluten free and dairy free version, so we could continue to make?and bake?the beautiful memories that accompany these delicious cookies. Our Label approved grain free Mexican wedding cookies are made from a blend of almond flour, coconut oil, coconut sugar, pecans, and dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon for all to enjoy.
