Directions

1. Arrange charcoal in a symmetric pile in the center of the grill. 2. Apply 1.6 fluid ounces of fluid per pound of charcoal (approximately 15 briquettes) uniformly to the pile. Close cap by pressing firmly until it locks. 3. Light the pile immediately. The starter fuel will burn off cleanly in a few minutes, leaving the charcoal fully ignited. Begin cooking when the briquettes are mostly covered with gray ash.
