Directions

How to Take Metamucil: (For adults 12 years and older). 1. Stir 2 teaspoons (5.2 grams). 2. Mix briskly until dissolved. 3. Drink & enjoy! Take 3 servings/day. Do not exceed recommended serving. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. New Users: Start with one serving per day; gradually increase to desired daily intake. You may experience changes in bowel habits / minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake.
Store below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) in a cool dry place.
