You Will Need: 1/4 cup oil; 2 tbsp cider or white vinegar; 2 tbsp soy sauce; 2 lbs chicken, pork, or seafood*. * Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes. Directions: 1. Whisk Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar and soy sauce in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
