Directions

TO APPLY 1 WASH & CLEAN nose with soap & water, DRY completely. REMOVE liner & avoid touching adhesive. 2 CENTER nasal strip on nose as shown in picture. 3 PRESS & HOLD for 30 seconds. TO REMOVE WET nasal strip with warm water. GENTLY lift both ends & remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. DISPOSE of used nasal strip. Indicated Use: Relieves Nighttime Nasal Congestion.
