At RideGro, we’re committed to providing high-quality groceries and a reliable customer experience. Because we handle perishable and essential items, our return and refund policies are designed to be fair, clear, and protective of both our customers and our operations.

1. RETURNS – 24-Hour Notification Window
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. After this window, we cannot guarantee the quality, traceability, or eligibility of the product for return.

Eligible return reasons:
– Wrong item received
– Missing item from the order
– Item arrived damaged or spoiled

All products must be returned in their **original, sealed, and unused condition**.
Photos may be required to validate your claim.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
– Opened or consumed items
– Perishable goods not stored properly
– Items requested for return after 24 hours

3. CANCELLATIONS
Food orders may be cancelled **up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time**. This is because we shop for your items in advance to ensure freshness and availability.
Cancellations after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
