Take your favorite cut of meat, poultry, firm flesh fish, or shellfish (1/2 inch wide x 1-1/2 to 2 inches long) and sprinkle with Fajita Magic. Using more seasoning will create a more intense flavor. Cook immediately or let marinade for 1-2 hours. Add chopped or sliced onions, bell peppers, or other vegetable of your choice.
