Directions

Directions: For occasional constipation*. Adults/Ages 12 years and older: Chew 4 gummies daily. Ages 6-11 years: chew 2 gummies daily. Ages 4-5 years: Chew 1 gummy daily. Generally produces a bowel movement in 12-72 hours. Each gummy should be fully chewed under adult supervision. Recommended to be taken with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24-hour period.
Store in a dry location at 68 degrees – 77 degrees F (20 degrees – 25 degrees C). Avoid excessive heat. Keep tightly closed and store in original container.
