After soaking, please heat before consuming. Directions: 1. Soak shiitake in warm water for 30 minutes. 2. Drain. Squeeze excess liquid from shiitake. 3. Remove and discard shiitake stems. Leave shiitake whole, thinly slice, chop or dice, as desired.
