Microwave Instructions: To cook entire bag of Flav-R-Pac Vegetable Stir Fry, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stove Top Instructions: Heat a frying pan and 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat and add entire package of Flav-R-Pac Vegetable Stir Fry, saute vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes stirring constantly. Season to taste. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze! Keep frozen.
