Hot tea: Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag. Infuse for 3-4 minutes. Iced tea: Pour 2 cups of freshly boiled water over 5 tea bags in a quart container. Infuse 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water then serve over ice.
