MAKES 3 Cups

1. Combine 1-1/2 cups milk and 1-1/2 cups water with Knorr Leek recipe mix in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
