What You Need: 2/3 C melted coconut oil 2 eggs (3 eggs for cakier brownies). Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 8 x 8 baking pan and set aside. 2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, and coconut oil, until well blended (Do not consume raw). 3. Pour batter into 8 x 8 baking pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Store in a cool, dry place.
