Directions

Mix: Combine bag of cookie mix, 1/3 cup of oil, and 8 oz. of pumpkin in a bowl. Mix together with a spoon or with a hand mixer until smooth. Bake: Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes. Eat: Remove from oven carefully, let cool, and enjoy!
