Directions

Melting Directions: Microwave 1 cup morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, heat at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted.
Quality Tip: Store morsels in a cool, dry place (60-70 degrees F). Heat and humidity can cause a whitish appearance on morsels that disappers when melted. This is a natural reaction called bloom, and flavor & quality aren’t affected.
