Safe Handling Instructions: For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
Preparation Instructions: Thawing Instructions: Remove fish from all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fish with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Cook times will vary according the thickness of fish. For best results cook from thawed. Bake: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F place fish in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 14-15 minutes when thawed or 28-30 minutes when frozen. Grill or Broil: Preheat broiler or grill to medium-high temperature. Cook fish for 3 minutes per side. Stove Top: Preheat cast iron skillet to medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Cook thoroughly. Caution: We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, some bones maybe present.
