Directions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
SKILLET (Preferred Cooking Method): Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat oven to 400?. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Flip halfway. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes.
AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 375? for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10-13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1550-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline. Reference Air Fryer instruction manual.
