Directions

Easy to Use: To measure blood pressure & pulse. (1) Make sure the cuff tube is securely connected to the monitor. (2) Slide arm through cuff until the bottom edge is about 1/2 inches above your elbow. Adjust the cuff until it is snug against your arm without being too tight. (3) Sit and rest for 5 minutes prior to measurement. Relax your arm and push start button (See instruction manual for details) (Follow instructions of use to avoid hazards).
