Before wearing, rinse each lens thoroughly in Sterile Solution as recommended for use with your lenses. Reminder: Protect your eye health by changing your contact lens case monthly. Lens cases can easily grow bacteria and fungi, which are bad for the health of your eyes. One of your best lines of defense is to change your lens case every month. Wash lens case with hot water before use. Do not use any soaps, detergents, or other chemicals. After washing, rinse thoroughly with sterile disinfecting solution. When storing soft hydrophilic lenses, be sure to replace your solution daily. Always clean your lenses as instructed by your eyecare professional.
