Directions: 1. Gradually stir 1 cup cold water into Gravy Mix in small saucepan. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring until gravy comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Makes 1 cup. Microwave Directions: 1. In a 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl, combine Gravy Mix and cold water. 2. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute, to a minimum internal temperature of 186 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Makes 1 cup.
Tasty Tips: Serve over turkey, hot meat sandwiches, mashed potatoes or stuffing. Use in casserole or pot pie recipes. Creamy Turkey Gravy: Use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water to prepare gravy.
