Directions

Cooking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and carrot and cook 3 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Add meat, breaking up to crumble with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Add marinara sauce and cook 10 more minutes. 2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 2 cups of meat sauce and spread evenly. Place 4 lasagna sheets over the sauce. Top with 2 cups of meat sauce, 11/3 cups shredded mozzarella and 4 more sheets; repeat. 3. For the last layer, evenly sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. 4. Spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray and cover lasagna. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
