Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil 1 – 1.5 lb chicken or any protein 1 pouch simmer sauce tortillas toppings. Instructions: 1 Heat: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add protein of choice, stirring occasionally until the meat is lightly browned. 2 Simmer: Add entire pouch of Somos Al Pastor Taco Simmer Sauce to skillet and mix thoroughly with meat. Stir occasionally & let simmer for about 6 mins or until the meat is fully cooked through and sauce is slightly reduced. 3 Assemble: Serve with tortillas and add your favorite toppings like Somos Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp, avocado, pineapple, onions & cilantro! Also great in a crockpot! Pouches not intended for microwave use.
