Stove-top cooking: Cooks like any regular pasta! 1. Boiling: 5 qt. 4.7L wide pot preferred. 2. 11-12 Mins: Medium – high stir occasionally. 3. Water rinse: Cold water for superb texture. 4. Ready! Easy & energy-saving cooking method: 1. Bring water to boil. 2. Put Tinkyada pasta into pot, bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off stove. A timer will be handy! 3. Cover pot for 13-15 minutes.
Store in a cool dry place & sealed container.
