Dressing Mix: 1. Mix contents of half package with 2 cups buttermilk and 2 cups mayonnaise. 2. Mix well with wire whisk or fork. 3. Keep covered in refrigerator. Mix well before serving. Dip and Topping: 1. Mix contents of package with 2 cups sour cream and 2 cups mayonnaise. For half batch, mix 3 level tsp seasoning mix with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. 2. Mix well with wire whisk or fork. 3. Keep covered in refrigerator. Mix well before serving. For diet dressing, use low-fat mayonnaise and sour cream in place of the above ingredients. For best results, mix Uncle Dan’s several hours before serving, or even the night before. Seasoning Suggestion: To spice up a meal, add to chicken, hamburgers, quartered potatoes.
