Dressing Mix: 1. Mix contents of package with 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayonnaise. For diet dressing, use low – fat or fat – free mayonnaise, cottage cheese or yogurt in place of mayonnaise. 2. Mix well with wire whisk or fork. 3. Keep covered in refrigerator. Mix well before serving. Dip and Topping: 1. Mix contents of package with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. 2. Mix well with wire whisk or fork. 3. Keep covered in refrigerator. Mix well before serving. For best results, mix Uncle Dan’s several hours before serving, or even the night before. Seasoning Suggestion: To spice up a meal, add to chicken, hamburgers or quartered potatoes.
