Directions

Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish form all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fillet with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and injternal cook temp reaches 145 degrees as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 2-3 minutes, per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 4-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Caution: We strive to produce a fully boneless product as with all fish, however, some bones may be present.
Tilapia Milanese: 1. Dip each thawed fish fillet into flour, eggs, and then into breadcrumbs. 2. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 3. Toss salad greens and tomatoes with lemon juice and melted butter. 3. Plate fish and top with salad. Enjoy!
