Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw fish separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boars), utensils, and hands after touching raw fish. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Keep Frozen – Thawing Instructions: Remove from vacuum packaging. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use. Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish from all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fillet with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish fakes easily when tested with a fork and internal cook temp aches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 7-10 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 11-14 minutes, turning once.
