Let’s Bake! You will need: 1 box cornbread mix. 1 cup milk 1/2 stick butter, melted. 1 egg. Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Grease an 8 in x 8 in pan. 3. Stir together milk, butter, egg and cornbread mix until blended. Spread into prepared pan. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs. Cool in pan. Yields: 1 – 8 in x 8 in cake. Do not underbake. Do not eat raw batter.
Store in a cool, dry place.
