1. Free Delivery with Vehicle Reservation:
When you make a reservation through Turo and choose to receive additional products (such as groceries, personal items, etc.), delivery of these products will occur at no additional cost to the same location and time as the rental vehicle is delivered. This service is designed so that you can start enjoying your vacation without worrying about shopping.
2. Additional Charges for Subsequent Orders:
If you decide to place an additional order during your stay, the delivery of the products will have an additional charge based on:
• Distance: From our location or the delivery point closest to your destination.
• Delivery time: The time necessary to make the delivery.
Additional delivery charges will be calculated and reflected before confirming the order. The customer is responsible for covering this additional cost.
3. Coverage Areas for Deliveries:
Additional deliveries will be available within Jackson, Wyoming and nearby areas. If the delivery request is outside our standard coverage area, an additional charge will apply based on the distance and travel time required.
4. Deliveries Outside Normal Hours:
If delivery must be made outside normal operating hours (for example, at night or at unconventional times), there may be additional charges. This charge will be detailed to the customer before confirming the order.

In RideGro LLC, we are proud to offer a convenient and efficient delivery service for our customers. Below you will find details on how we calculate delivery prices and other additional charges that may apply to your order:
1. Standard Delivery Rate:
• We offer free product delivery along with vehicle rental in the Jackson, Wyoming area for any customer who reserves a car through Turo and makes a product purchase through our platform.
2. Additional Delivery Fee:
If you decide to make an additional purchase of groceries or any other items, a delivery fee will apply which varies depending on distance and travel time.
3. Calculation of Delivery Rates:

More than 15 miles, $25 + $5 for each additional 5 miles
4. Delivery Time Charges:
If delivery is required outside of normal hours or in a special time slot, an additional delivery charge will be charged. $5 for every 30 minutes outside the stipulated delivery time.
5. Charges for Large or Special Orders:
If the order includes large quantities of products (for example, bulky grocery purchases or heavy items), an additional charge of $5-$15 depending on the size of the order and the complexity of the delivery.
6. Reshipment and Additional Deliveries Policy:
If a second delivery or reshipment is required to complete your order due to an error in the address provided or the customer’s absence at the time of delivery, an additional charge will apply based on distance and delivery time.
7. Payment Method:
All delivery and additional charges will be added to the order total and must be paid at the time of booking or at the time of delivery, as agreed with the customer.
8. Changes in the Delivery Price:
RideGro LLC reserves the right to adjust delivery rates at any time, especially in exceptional situations such as adverse weather conditions or changes in operating rates.
9. Delivery during Vacation and Holiday Hours:
During local holidays and vacations, delivery rates may increase due to high demand or changes in transportation availability. The rates will be previously communicated to the customer before confirming the order.
Additional Considerations:
• Delivery in the rental vehicle: Delivery of groceries and other products will be made within the rental vehicle at the time of delivery, ensuring that the customer receives their order without having to make additional purchases during their vacation.
• No Return Commitment: Products delivered to the vehicle will not be subject to return unless they are defective, as they are edible and for personal use. Please be sure to check your order upon delivery.
