1. Cancellation of Orders

We understand that unforeseen events may arise, which is why we offer flexibility when it comes to canceling orders for additional products (groceries and other items). Due to the logistics of preparation and delivery, it is important to respect certain deadlines for efficient management of resources and time.

• Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance:  If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, at no additional charge. The refund will be 100%.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before delivery: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable, because we have begun the logistics process (preparation, purchase of products, delivery planning, etc.), which generates operating costs that we cannot assume.

• Additional orders after vehicle delivery: If after receiving your vehicle and initial products you decide to place an additional order to be delivered during your stay, the cancellation will not be refundable for the same logistical reasons mentioned above.

2. Product Returns

Due to the nature of the products delivered (groceries and perishable items), we do not accept returns after delivery unless the products are damaged or defective.

• Damaged or defective products: If any product delivered is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a refund or replacement, you will need to provide evidence (photographs or videos) of the damage.

• Products not eligible for return: Consumer products, such as food and perishable goods, cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of obvious defects or damage.

3. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be notified on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

• Vehicle: Car or transportation rented through Turo and managed by RideGro.

2. Use of the Services

• Vehicle Reservation: Customer can rent vehicles through Turo and choose to add additional products (groceries and other items) that will be delivered along with the vehicle upon delivery.

• Additional Products: Grocery or essential products will be delivered at no additional cost if ordered at the same time as the vehicle. If an additional order is placed with separate delivery or to a different location, an additional charge will be charged depending on the distance and delivery time.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Accurate information: The client undertakes to provide accurate and true information when making a reservation or additional order.

• Proper use of the vehicle: The customer agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and to comply with local traffic laws and regulations.

• Vehicle return: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with the proper fuel level and without damage.

4. Delivery Policy

• Vehicle Delivery – Vehicle delivery service within Jackson, Wyoming will be at no additional charge if the customer has selected the delivery address when booking through Turo.

• Additional Delivery: Additional Delivery: If the customer orders additional products and wants them to be delivered separately or at a different time, an additional charge will apply depending on the distance and delivery time.

Any liability related to the use of the vehicle, including damages, accidents or traffic incidents, will be exclusively the lessee’s, according to Turo’s terms and conditions. RideGro LLC is not responsible for accidents, fines or traffic violations during the vehicle rental period.

• Vehicle Maintenance and Condition: Although RideGro LLC ensures that the vehicle will be delivered in proper operating condition, we are not responsible for mechanical failures or damages that occur after delivery. It is the renter’s responsibility to check the vehicle before use and report any damage or malfunction immediately.

2. Responsibility for the Sale of Products

• Product Quality: While we strive to provide the highest quality products, RideGro LLC is not responsible for any issues related to allergies, intolerances, or adverse reactions to the products. It is the customer’s responsibility to read labels and ensure that products are suitable for their needs before consumption.

• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In some cases, certain items may be unavailable due to factors beyond our control, such as lack of inventory or supplier restrictions. In these cases, we reserve the right to offer alternative products of similar value or refund the appropriate amount if no suitable alternatives are found.

3. Exemption from Liability for External Factors

• Weather Conditions: Weather conditions in Jackson, Wyoming may affect the delivery or availability of products. In cases of extreme conditions (storms, snowfall, etc.), RideGro LLC will not be responsible for delays or cancellations in deliveries, although we are committed to keeping you informed and managing the situation effectively.

RideGro LLC reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this section periodically to be aware of any updates.

6. Acceptance of Terms
