Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork & serve. Serving Sizes: 2 servings; 1 cup rice; 1 cup water; 4 servings; 2 cup rice; 2 cup water; 6 servings; 3 cup rice; 3 cup water. Microwave: 1. Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. If desired, add butter or margarine and salt to taste. 2. Cover bowl and microwave on high according to chart below or until boiling. 3.
